• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During festive seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

• We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Aoiashi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at abhinaykumar1090@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

Currently, Aoiashi ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
