5-Day Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

• Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at abhinaykumar1090@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

• Products without original packaging or tags.

• Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products (if applicable).

• Customized or personalized products.

• Gift cards.

• Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the eligible item (if applicable). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
